Samurai Jack style illustration

This project was difficult! I have never attempted a samurai jack styled illustration before.

In any case, it was still pretty fun trying something new.

Here's the final version with the revisions from my director. I hope I didn't loose too much values with the tree to the left. It feels complete, so I don't think I'm going to touch it anymore.

Coming up next: concept development.

Wine Label

This is my wine label concept for an advertisement class.

Word! Now to the process work.

Easy stuff. 3 hours for the whole thing.

And here's what it looks like on the bottle.

I think I should have given her a background. It's cool.

My goals for now are to implement costume design into my finished work, as well as add background that imply perspective and character interaction. I also need to work on more colored thumbnails to pace my time better.
